These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mumo mobile application (“App”) operated by Mumo (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mumo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mumo is a daily care tracking application that helps parents and caregivers coordinate child care. Features include daily reporting, voice notes, photo sharing, AI-powered summaries, and notifications.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • One account per person

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose (care tracking)
  • Provide accurate information about care activities
  • Use appropriate language in all app content
  • Not share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Mumo offers a 7-day free trial for new users
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued access
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Prices are displayed in the App before purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Cancellation can be done through your device’s subscription settings

6. Content and Data

  • You retain ownership of all content you create in the App
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data for providing the service
  • We do not claim ownership of your photos, voice notes, or reports

7. AI-Generated Content

  • AI summaries are generated for informational purposes only
  • AI content should not replace professional medical or childcare advice
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated summaries

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Mumo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party services
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content

9. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
