Mumo (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Mumo mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

  • Child profile information (name, age, preferences)
  • Daily care logs (meals, sleep, diapers, activities)
  • Voice notes and photos shared within the app
  • Caregiver assignments and invitations

  • App usage patterns and feature interactions
  • Device information (model, OS version)
  • Error reports and performance data

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Core Functionality: Provide daily care tracking, reporting, and AI summaries
  • Communication: Send notifications about reports and app updates
  • Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to improve the app

3. AI Processing

Mumo uses artificial intelligence to generate daily summaries from care reports. AI processing is performed on secure servers. Your data is not used to train AI models and is not shared with third parties.

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only with:

  • Service providers necessary to operate the app (hosting, email delivery)
  • Legal authorities if required by law

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Mumo collects child information only as provided by parents/guardians for the purpose of care tracking. We do not collect data directly from children.
